Employment & Labor Counsel

We provide advice and counsel to employers in managing workplace issues, including employee discipline and discharge, negotiating agreements where appropriate, and defending employers insured through employment practices liability policies and employers directly in the defense of lawsuits and other claims. We are aggressive and experienced litigators with substantial experience in complex lawsuits arising under federal, state and local regulations. We also seek cost-effective alternatives to litigation through dispute resolution, including mediation, negotiation and arbitration. We represent employers in the resolution of employee grievances, arbitrations, and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements in unionized environments
